Overview Our client is a well-established, national electrical and technology solutions provider with decades of experience delivering complex, high-tech infrastructure projects. They specialize in comprehensive electrical contracting, systems integration, and construction services for advanced manufacturing environments, including semiconductor fabrication facilities (fabs) .In this role, you will lead teams responsible for the electrical construction of large-scale semiconductor fab projects, reporting directly to senior leadership. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery including project management, estimating, billing, collections, and team development in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.Responsibilities Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and stringent fab-specific protocolsPromote job site safety and enforce national, local, and client-specific safety standardsDevelop detailed estimates and review project proposals for complex electrical scopesEstablish project timelines, budgets, manpower plans, and resource allocation strategiesOversee project execution to ensure alignment with design documents, budget, and scheduleCollaborate closely with owners, engineers, and trade partners to manage expectations throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate the activities of internal teams and subcontractors across multiple workstreamsWork directly with vendors to support procurement of specialized electrical equipment and long-lead materialsLead billing and collections processes proactively to maintain project cash flowConduct regular site walks to monitor progress, quality, and complianceBuild and maintain strong client relationships in highly technical, repeat-client environmentsAssist leadership with labor forecasting and material planning for multi-phase projectsProvide consistent reporting and updates to senior managementForecast and manage project financials to keep work aligned with targetsDevelop detailed project scopes, budgets, and execution plansManage RFPs, change orders, and scope modificationsMentor and develop junior project managers and field leadersDemonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growthEducation & Experience Required 10+ years of construction project management experience5+ years of electrical project management experience on large-scale, complex industrial or high-tech manufacturing projects (semiconductor fabs strongly preferred)Familiarity with semiconductor fab electrical systems, including medium/high-voltage distribution, tool hook-ups, cleanroom environments, and mission-critical power systemsExperience working in active or phased construction environments with strict contamination and safety controlsStrong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and platformsAbility to perform under aggressive schedules and high stakeholder expectationsCommitment to continuous improvement in leadership, organization, and communicationStrong scheduling, delegation, and team coordination skillsProven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Semiconductor fab or advanced manufacturing project experienceBachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience such as journeyman/master electrician license)PMP or PMI-SP certificationExperience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and electrical estimating software such as ConEstMedical, dental, and prescription drug insurance (100% premium covered by employer)401(k) retirement plan with company matchLife insuranceShort- and long-term disability coverage#J-18808-Ljbffr
