A day in this role

• Lead and assist with all aspects of commercial installations, including EV charging infrastructure.
• Inspect electrical systems, wiring, and equipment to spot issues before they become problems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on 480V and 3-phase systems; perform necessary job duties to resolution.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver the right solution.
• Model safety: wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses at all times; respirator when required) and uphold codes and guidelines.
• Mentor apprentices and helpers to raise the bar for quality and safety.

What you bring

• Minimum 10 years as a commercial/industrial electrician.
• Journeyman electrician license or at least 7 years of experience as a Lead Electrician.
• Proven skill troubleshooting 480V equipment and 3-phase systems.
• Deep knowledge of the NEC and related regulations.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 a plus.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
• Proficiency with electrical tools and test equipment; excellent knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Clean driving record.
• Driven, self-motivated, and quality-focused.
• Must live in the local Boca Raton, FL area.
• Able to work 8 to 14 hours per day.
