As a Senior Electronic Assembler, you play a key role in realizing complex and innovative products. You ensure that prototypes and complex assemblies meet the highest quality standards and are ready for further production. With your expertise in manufacturability and process optimization, you directly contribute to the development of new products and improvements in the production process. Your input and advice help successfully transition prototypes into full-scale production.

For the two-shift option, the working hours are as follows:

Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM ; Afternoon shift: 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM; On Fridays, the afternoon shift runs from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM

This is what you bring to the team

  • MBO level of working and thinking.
  • Experience in assembling complex electronics (such as PCBs and assemblies).
  • Knowledge of soldering and fine mechanical work; experience with micro-products is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide and advise colleagues.
  • Creativity and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
  • Good command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
  • Experience with systems such as Word and Excel.
