Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test end-to-end functionality of internal and client projects
- Contribute to the design and architecture of our software platform
- Work with project managers to create estimates and realistic schedules
- Work with project managers, business analysts, and sales to clarify and refine project requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team
Skills & Requirements
- Fluency in object oriented design and general clean coding practices
- Fluency in data modeling and report building
- An eye for usability and aesthetics of web applications
- The ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies
- The ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
