Duties and Responsibilities
Design, implement, and test end-to-end functionality of internal and client projects
Contribute to the design and architecture of our software platform
Work with project managers to create estimates and realistic schedules
Work with project managers, business analysts, and sales to clarify and refine project requirements
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team
Skills & Requirements
Fluency in object oriented design and general clean coding practices
Fluency in data modeling and report building
An eye for usability and aesthetics of web applications
The ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies
The ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
Strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
