Position Overview

Jordan Dynamics is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day advisor for a portfolio of employer clients.

This is a relationship-driven role focused on client service, benefits administration, compliance support, employee advocacy, and HR partnership. The ideal candidate enjoys helping HR teams solve problems, navigate benefits challenges, and stay informed about changing regulations and industry developments.

The successful candidate will take ownership of client relationships, provide proactive guidance, and deliver the high-touch service experience that distinguishes our firm.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned employer groups
  • Build trusted relationships with HR managers, executives, and business owners
  • Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions
  • Maintain a high level of accountability, follow-through, and client satisfaction

Benefits Administration and Client Service

  • Assist clients with enrollment, eligibility, billing, and benefits administration issues
  • Support employee onboarding, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and terminations
  • Resolve complex employee benefit, claims, and coverage issues
  • Advocate with insurance carriers and vendors on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate the implementation of new plans and carrier transitions
  • Support employee education and benefits communication initiatives

Compliance and Legislative Support

  • Assist clients with benefits-related compliance requirements
  • Provide guidance regarding ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, Section 125, Medicare, and related regulations
  • Communicate legislative and regulatory updates that may affect employee benefit plans
  • Support compliance notices, annual requirements, and reporting obligations
  • Coordinate with internal and external compliance resources as needed

HR Partnership

  • Work closely with HR departments on employee benefits administration and best practices
  • Assist with employee communications and educational initiatives
  • Support HR teams with policy interpretation and benefits-related employee concerns
  • Participate in employee meetings and open enrollment presentations
  • Serve as a trusted resource for benefits- and HR-related questions

Carrier and Vendor Management

  • Develop and maintain strong carrier and vendor relationships
  • Escalate and resolve service issues effectively
  • Monitor carrier performance and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support client needs and initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is:

  • An experienced employee benefits professional with a passion for client service
  • Knowledgeable about benefits administration and HR operations
  • Comfortable discussing compliance and legislative topics with clients
  • Skilled in problem-solving, relationship management, and client communication
  • Highly organized, responsive, and accountable
  • Able to manage multiple employer groups and competing priorities
  • Capable of simplifying complex benefits and compliance concepts
  • Proactive and able to anticipate client needs
  • Comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and business owners

Required Qualifications

  • Active Florida 2-15 Health and Life License
  • Minimum of five years of employee benefits brokerage, consulting, carrier, TPA, or benefits administration experience
  • Experience serving as the primary contact for employer groups
  • Strong knowledge of group health and welfare benefits
  • Experience working directly with HR teams and business leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work onsite in Palm Beach Gardens or within a hybrid arrangement while remaining available for in-person client meetings
  • Ability to provide responsive client support outside standard business hours when urgent situations require attention

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for an employee benefits brokerage or consulting firm
  • Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other benefits-related regulations
  • Experience with PEO, payroll, HRIS, or benefits administration platforms
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, or another relevant professional designation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
