Position Summary: Senior Employee Relations Advisor (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
direction and guidance to management and employees.
investigative reports.
Guides managers on performance management and corrective action process.
Facilitates conflict resolution between employees through coaching and referrals to appropriate
resources
works collaboratively with the Office of Health Services on ADA cases.
Reviews employee grievance cases and recommends findings.
Provides interpretation to supervisors and employees in the interpretation and application of the
Hospital's personnel policies.

Maintains accurate record-keeping metrics and documentation related to employee cases.
Collaborates with Office of General Counsel in preparing for the Hospital's defense in regards to
discrimination complaints or lawsuits brought by employees.

Provides direction and supports leave administration issues, as needed.
Maintains collaborative team relationships with other HR teams and colleagues in order to
effectively contribute to the working groups' achievement goals.
Ensures legal compliance to mitigate risk to the organization through effective guidance.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
May participate in Hospital committees when required.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Experience: 8 years' experience required. Human Resources, Counseling or a closely related
field preferred.
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
