We are seeking a Sr Program Outreach Engineer
The Sr Program Outreach Engineer represents Cascade Energy as the third-party contractor and is responsible for delivery of Bonneville Power Administration’s (BPA) multifaceted, large-scale Energy Smart Industrial (ESI) efficiency program in the Northwest. The Program Outreach Engineer (also known in the field as Energy Smart Industrial Partner, or ESIP) acts as the single point of contact for coordinating ESI program offerings and resources and assists electric utilities in representing the ESI program to industrial end users and facilitates the development and implementation of energy saving projects. The ESIP is a facilitator between the industrial participant, the local utility, and other stakeholders. The role integrates ESI’s program resource foreach local utility, to help achieve their energy efficiency goals and objectives. This role also provides support to other ESI staff on areas of specific industry knowledge and expertise.

What You Will Be Doing

This is a full-time, exempt position located in Tri-Cities, WA. We offer a hybrid work model, and this role is expected to travel 20-30% on average. Depending on location, most site work will be performed during daily trips to end-user customer sites. Travel within the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla areas may require weekly site visit days of 2 days per week on average. There will also be periodic trips to Portland, Walla Walla and/or other parts of the ESI territory on occasion.
