DUTIES: Designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance data structures and algorithms for core components of our generative Al orchestration platform - specifically our code conversion tools for PL/SQL and lang to lang. Developing and managing efficient data pipelines and storage solutions for Al model integration and the processing of generated outputs. Collaborating closely with team members to define data requirements and architect solutions that meet their needs. Proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges within our data flow and orchestration systems. Contributing to the development of key platform features, including blending deterministic and non-deterministic generation, data versioning, efficient data retrieval mechanisms, and ensuring data integrity for Al-generated code and metadata. Mentoring other engineers on best practices in system design, while actively participating in code reviews and technical design discussions to guide the team's direction. Collaborating with AI researchers and machine learning engineers to understand data needs. Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges in our systems, particularly within data flow and orchestration. Contributing to platform features like data versioning, efficient data retrieval, and ensuring data integrity for Al-generated code and related metadata. Mentoring and guiding junior and senior engineers on best practices in data structures, algorithms, and database design. Participating in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team. Working to develop robust and efficient backend services that orchestrate Al functionalities. Must appear in office 2 days per week. WFH permissible 3 days per week.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the related role or job offered.
