Position SummaryThis role supports daily operation and maintenance of facility systems and participates in commissioning and system handover (CX) activities during construction phases. The position focuses on system performance monitoring, abnormal condition analysis, engineering support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure stable facility operations and smooth transition to operations.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily operation and maintenance of facility systems, including power, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related systemsParticipate in system testing, validation, and handover activities (CX) during the construction phase, including tracking test results and deficiency resolutionAnalyze system performance and abnormal conditions, propose improvement actions, and track implementation resultsSupport engineering project execution, acceptance, and operational handover activitiesAssist in coordination among construction, engineering, and operations interfacesSupport ISO, EHS, and other management systems, including audit preparation and compliance activitiesRespond to facility system abnormalities and emergency situations, supporting troubleshooting and system recoveryAssist in maintaining and updating facilities-related procedures and technical documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field3-5 years of experience in facilities operations, engineering execution, or construction/system handover environmentsHands-on experience in construction, expansion, or major system implementation and handover projectsSolid understanding of facility system design, testing, handover, and operational processesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage abnormal conditions and implement improvementsAbility to collaborate effectively with design, construction, and operations teams.About Wistron InfoComm:Wistron InfoComm is a global leader in electronics manufacturing services, partnering with world-class technology brands to deliver high-quality, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing solutions.
