    We are expanding our North American team and have a premier opening for a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Senior Engineer at our headquarters in Kingwood (North Houston), TX. If you want to use your fluid processing expertise to make a massive environmental impact, this is your next career move.

    The Role: Drive Capital Project Success

    As a Senior Engineer, you will own the technical execution and delivery of high-impact capital engineering projects ranging from $1M to $20M. Working together with our Project Management team, you will turn complex engineering problems into operational, high-performance systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design & Review: Review and approve crucial project documentation, including P&IDs, fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
    • Equipment Selection: Perform advanced pump design/selection, hydraulic calculations, and valve/instrumentation specification to meet contractual requirements.
    • Strategic Sourcing: Author data sheets, collaborate with vendors, initiate RFQs, and make data-driven purchasing determinations to keep projects moving.
    • Collaborative Leadership: Drive critical customer and vendor meetings while supporting the sales team with precise cost, labor, and subcontractor estimates for commercial proposals.

    Requirements

    Who You Are & What You Bring

    • Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree preferred).
    • Experience: Proven track record of engineering success within the water, wastewater, or fluid process industries.
    • Tech Skills: Experience with AutoCAD and engineering applications is highly desirable.
    • Soft Skills: A self-directed, highly organized team player with top-tier problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
