Position Title: Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance Engineering
Location: Redmond Washington 98052 (On site 4 Day, 1 remote day)
Duration: 12-24 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)/ No C2C

Position Summary
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations by ensuring product and process quality through non-conformance management, supplier quality activities, process improvements, and quality system support. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Suppliers, and cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, drive corrective actions, and improve overall product performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations and business teams to support product and process quality objectives.
- Manage internal and supplier-related Non-Conformances (NCs) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Support manufacturing complaint investigations and non-conforming material reviews.
- Collaborate with suppliers on quality issues, Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and improvement activities.
- Manage Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs) and support cross-functional reviews and approvals.
- Support process improvements, validation activities, equipment qualification, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify risks and implement improvements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, or a related field.
- Experience with quality systems, investigations, and corrective action processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TrackWise or similar electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
- Knowledge of CAPA, NC, MRB, SCAR, PPAP, and change control processes.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with process validation and Measurement System Analysis.
