The qualified candidate will have between 5 - 9 years of relevant experience working on the design of office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues, and other large commercial structures with construction costs of $25 million and up.The candidate should possess a high energy level and be a self-motivated engineer capable of working within a strong team environment, serving clients on major projects throughout the United States and internationally. Technical specialization, proactivity, and assertiveness in meeting client and project needs are advantages.Clients include architects, developers, institutions, and contractors. The candidate should also possess a strong customer service attitude.Qualifications5 - 9 years of experience in relevant commercial building designDemonstrated career growth including project management experienceMaster's in Civil Engineering with emphasis in StructuralMust be a licensed P.E. in Texas; S.E. preferredExperience designing commercial building structuresProactive, organized, with excellent communication skills, and client-service orientedWalter P Moore offers a hybrid work environment with options for in-office and remote work, along with a one-time $1,000 stipend for setting up a home office and a $50 monthly stipend for ongoing expenses.
