Location: Frisco, TX, Iselin, Charlotte, Chicago
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and optimize Windows 365 Cloud PC environments integrated with Citrix technologies.
- Drive performance tuning and optimization efforts across Windows 365 and Citrix components.
- Lead rollout and deployment activities for Windows 365/Citrix solutions.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve support processes for Windows 365/Citrix VDI environments.
- Deliver education and enablement sessions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
- Provide ongoing system support, incident escalation handling, and root-cause analysis for Windows 365/Citrix issues.
- Collaborate with network, security, identity, and endpoint management teams.
- Evaluate new Windows 365 and Citrix features/releases and recommend adoption strategies.
- Maintain documentation of architecture diagrams, configuration baselines, and change management records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in end-user computing, VDI, or cloud PC engineering roles.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning, management, and optimization.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, and Citrix Cloud administration.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Citrix technologies with Microsoft Windows 365/Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Experience developing support documentation, SOPs, and escalation frameworks for Tier 1/Tier 2 support teams.
- Experience delivering technical training or enablement sessions to support staff.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and optimization tools (e.g., Citrix Director, Microsoft Intune analytics, Azure Monitor).
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Certified: Windows 365 Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
- Citrix Certified Professional Virtualization (CCP-V) or higher Citrix certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty certification.
- Prior experience in a Contract/Contingent Worker (CW) engagement supporting enterprise IT transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes.
