Our client, located in proximity to Tewksbury, Massachusetts, seeks an accomplished leader to guide their Product Engineering division. This leadership position will have full responsibility for the Electric and Fluid Systems lines, encompassing initial concept development through to production oversight and ongoing maintenance. The division plays a pivotal role in supporting both commercial and defense aerospace sectors, necessitating expertise in related fields.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. As a cornerstone of the engineering leadership team, this role focuses on enhancing team capabilities, integrating cutting-edge technologies, and establishing efficient, scalable engineering practices.
The compensation package includes a salary range of $160,000 to $190,000, plus a 10% performance bonus. Candidates with backgrounds directly from the aerospace industry or closely associated sectors are encouraged to apply.
