About the Role:

We are looking for a highly product-driven, execution-oriented leader to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of foundational systems that power new patient acquisition channels, support early complex partnerships, and enable experimentation in emerging markets. You'll lead a newly formed, nimble, and highly executive-aligned team where engineering work directly influences strategic direction and company-wide growth.

This leader must bring clarity to ambiguity, operate with a founder's mindset, and build a scalable, high-performance team that can ship meaningful outcomes rapidly.

Why This Role Matters:

You'll join a high-impact, high-visibility team building the systems that unlock Grow's next wave of growth. You'll operate with meaningful ownership, move quickly, and see your work directly influence product direction, technical foundations, and patient access on a national scale.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate and own the long-term product vision for new patient acquisition channels and complex partnerships. • Lead cross-functional programs across Product, Clinical, Legal, Ops, and Engineering to deliver scalable provider-facing systems. • Develop frameworks for execution, prioritization, and operational excellence. • Build scalable systems to lower the effort for onboarding new acquisition channels and partners. • Use data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance. • Build and coach a high-performance team that excels in execution, communication, and problem-solving. • Create documentation, playbooks, and processes that enable consistency and efficiency across the provider lifecycle. • Advocate for Client needs through deep understanding of provider and client needs, pain points, and workflows.

What You Bring:

8+ years of professional software engineering experience with 5+ years leading teams-including at least two years focused on building systems used by mental health or healthcare professionals. Proven backend engineering experience leadership with focus on high quality experiences and user centric mindset. Strong product sense with the ability to articulate vision and drive it to execution. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs in ambiguous environments. Highly data-driven decision-making approach. Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership. Experience building high-performance teams. Founder's mindset: ownership, speed, scrappiness, problem-solving.
