Senior Engineering Manager - Service Management
As the Service Management Senior Manager, you will be responsible for insuring operational stability of assigned applications. Areas of focus: application stability, major incident restoration, incident and problem management, SOX and PCI compliance, holiday readiness, and disaster recovery. This role will work closely with the product and delivery teams to transition new or updated applications into production.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. - Ensure application stability specific to assigned Logistics and Supply Chain systems
- Manage major incident resolution and reduction specific to Logistics and Supply Chain systems
- Manage prioritization and resolution of Incident and Problem tickets for Logistics and Supply Chain systems
