ABOUT YOU: You are an ambitious individual who is proactive and able to work under minimal supervision at a detailed level while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels. Can you coordinate multiple projects across multiple locations? We need someone with excellent written and interpersonal skills who pays attention to the details and is highly organized. You have experience running a complex set of software deliverables with many interdependencies and have a successful track record being a phenomenal partner within teams and across organizations in engineering, design, and leadership. You have excellent communication, organization and leadership skills as this is relevant in our complex environment. Are you ready? Drive cross-functional programs that span cloud infrastructure products within Compute, Storage, Observability, Traffic, Data Platform, Data Servies, and Developer Experience. Partner with engineering leads to translate platform strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria. Identify technical and organizational risks early; facilitate alignment and unblock teams through proactive problem-solving. Establish program frameworks that bring visibility to cross-team dependencies, progress, and tradeoffs for leadership decision-making. Drive operational rigor across the program lifecycle, from requirements gathering through launch readiness and post-launch iteration.12+ years in technical program management, with significant experience in infrastructure or platform development Deep understanding of and experience in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or related experienceFamiliarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), workflow systems, or distributed data platforms Experience building developer platforms or infrastructure-as-a-service products Proven ability to drive complex, multi-team technical programs from ambiguity to delivery Track record of influencing senior engineering leaders and building consensus across organizations with competing priorities Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage with product and engineering on architecture decisions and tradeoffs Self-motivated and proactive; demonstrated ability to quickly triage, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences
