Job Title: Senior Engineering Project Manager
Location: Spokane, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
Saxon is hiring a Senior Engineering Project Manager for a leading aerospace manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to lead complex projects from concept through production in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Lead engineering and manufacturing projects from design through production and customer delivery.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
Support fabrication, assembly, integration, testing, and manufacturing readiness.
Review engineering drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), manufacturing documentation, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
7+ years of engineering project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting manufacturing, integration, and testing.
Proficiency with SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, or similar 3D CAD/PDM systems.
Experience working within AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems.
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, manufacturing documentation, and aerospace manufacturing processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
