You know enterprise sales is about more than delivering a great pitch. It is about understanding what drives a customer's business, navigating complex buying decisions, and turning real challenges into a compelling case for change.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at xSuite North America, you will take ownership of strategic opportunities across the United States and Canada, leading the complete sales cycle from opening the conversation to closing the deal.

You will work with Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, IT, Shared Services, and executive stakeholders to understand where processes are holding them back and demonstrate how AI-driven, SAP-integrated automation can create measurable business value.

This is where your enterprise sales experience comes into play. You will develop account strategies, open doors within strategic organizations, lead discovery with senior business and technical stakeholders, and turn operational challenges into strong business cases and clear value propositions.

Together with Presales, Product, and technical experts, you will position xSuite's solutions across Accounts Payable automation, Procure-to-Pay, e-invoicing, document management, and related finance processes. You will orchestrate complex buying processes, navigate commercial negotiations, and create the momentum and customer commitment needed to move opportunities forward.

Along the way, you will build relationships across the SAP and partner ecosystem, maintain a disciplined view of your pipeline and forecast, and identify opportunities to grow customer relationships beyond the initial deal.

Ready to take ownership?

You bring 5+ years of successful B2B enterprise or strategic sales experience in technology, SaaS, ERP, or business process automation and know what it takes to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

You are comfortable engaging senior Finance and executive stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and connecting operational pain points to financial value. Experience with financial process automation, SAP, AI-driven automation, or methodologies such as Miller Heiman or MEDDICC gives you a strong foundation to succeed.

Most importantly, you combine commercial drive with sound judgment and structure. You know when an opportunity is real, how to keep it moving, and what it takes to turn a complex sales process into long-term customer value.
