  • Ensure resilience, security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the ATM fleet.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solution designs and reference architectures.
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices for hybrid deployments and real-time systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in technology architecture and solution design, including 3+ years of hands-on software engineering.
  • Proven ability to operate at SVP/executive level and influence technology strategy and standards across large organizations.

  • Background in platform architecture, solution design, and hybrid on-prem and cloud deployments.
  • Proficiency with containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
  • Prior ATM and/or Payments experience, including ATM software platforms (e.g., EuroNet, NCR, Diebold Nixdorf or equivalent), transaction processing, switching, and ISO 8583 messaging.
