Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst

Overview

Are you an exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized problem solver with at least 2–3 years’ experience in the enterprise risk management, controls, or business insurance industries? If so, you might be the right fit for our Enterprise Risk Management department, which is seeking a senior analyst to add to its 14-person team.

Reporting to the manager of enterprise risk, this position will offer the opportunity to assist with all aspects of risk management. Your days will have you utilizing your understanding of current mitigations in place, reviewing risk assessments, managing claim documentation, assisting with policy renewal processes (as well as risk reporting and analysis), and working with Commonwealth’s advisors on specific requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with insurance policy renewals throughout the year
• Uploading and updating documentation
• Maintaining all control and process documentation
• Administering the governance and compliance tool
• Reporting on topics such as key risk Indicators, key performance indicators, and treatment plans for high-rated risks
• Participating in risk governance meetings
• Conducting risk assessment reviews
• Following up and monitoring completion of risk case work
• Completing mailings for any new or expiring insurance coverage
• Leading or assisting with risk management cycle tasks and projects

Additional Skills and Knowledge

• 1–3 years of experience related to enterprise risk management, controls, and business insurance (e.g., commercial, workers’ compensation, or insurance claims)
