You'll be the driving force behind environmental compliance, safety culture, and risk reduction efforts — leading from the floor, partnering with operations, and driving proactive initiatives that protect both people and the planet.Champion a safety-first culture through hands‑on training, coaching, and compliance leadershipSupport and maintain ISO 14001 environmental systems (where applicable)Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and maintain all required reporting/logsLead environmental and sustainability programs (hazardous waste, emissions, permitting)Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agency relationshipsDrive incident investigations and root cause analysis with a preventive mindsetManage Workers' Comp programs and support capital projects related to EHSConduct audits, analyze trends, and act decisively to keep people safe and operations compliantBachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental, or related field7+ years of progressive EHS experience, ideally in manufacturingPrior leadership experience is a plus, but not requiredConfident navigating federal, state, and local compliance landscapesSelf-starter who can influence across departments and drive change#J-18808-Ljbffr
