Job Description
Serves as a senior-level technical and operational leader responsible for the design, implementation, execution, support, and continuous improvement of Epic Technology and Platform Operations. This role provides technical expertise across multidisciplinary teams responsible for hardware and lifecycle management, clinical and business technology deployments, environment strategy and governance, business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness, and enterprise-wide upgrade initiatives. Partners across clinical, operation, application, and infrastructure team to ensure stable, secure, and high-performing Epic environments and technology that support patient care and business operations. Participates in implementing or enhancing products and solutions following the hybrid product/project development and implementation lifecycle.

Epic environment operations, upgrades, integrated technologies, and enterprise infrastructure expertise, preferred.
Experience with business continuity, environment management, release coordination, and operational readiness.
