The role collaborates closely with application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and clinical informatics teams to support enterprise healthcare operations.PurposeThe Senior Epic Web and Service Server Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and operational reliability of Epic web and service server infrastructure. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Epic infrastructure technologies and supports system performance, continuity, interoperability, and security across enterprise healthcare environments.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, administer, and maintain Epic web and service server infrastructureSupport Epic technologies including Web BLOB, MyChart, Interconnect, Hyperspace Web, and BCAMaintain Epic printing infrastructure and print queuesSupport Epic Imprivata configuration and browser allow list maintenanceAssist with IRIS-side Interconnect configuration and connectivity supportTroubleshoot interface and web service connectivity issuesCoordinate with integration and database teams to ensure optimal functionalityValidate secure communication between Epic environments
