Description

Piper Companies is looking for a Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate to join a biotechnology company located in Eden Prairie, MN.

Responsibilities of the Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate include:

  • Maintain equipment maintenance, calibration, and tracking systems to ensure accurate equipment status, schedules, and records
  • Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, and vendor service schedules while driving on-time completion of activities
  • Coordinate external vendor services, site logistics, and communication between vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain equipment documentation, certificates, manuals, and records in an inspection-ready state
  • Support system administration, user access management, validation activities, upgrades, and change control processes • Manage vendor-related documentation including quotes, purchase orders, contracts, service agreements, and certificates of insurance
  • Track warranty-related issues, equipment returns, exchanges, and resolutions
  • Identify and implement process improvements related to systems, documentation, and vendor management

Qualifications for the Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate include:

  • Bachelor''s degree with 4+ years of experience, Associate degree with 5+ years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience in equipment lifecycle management
  • Experience working with vendors and managing stakeholder communications
  • Experience with equipment tracking, maintenance, calibration, asset management, or computerized maintenance management systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy and compliance
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment preferred
  • Experience with Blue Mountain RAM (BMRAM), CMMS platforms, or similar equipment management software preferred

Compensation for the Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate includes:

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000+ annually, depending on experience
  • Comprehensive Benefit Package: Cigna Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as Required by Law
