As a Senior ERP Analyst, located in Middlefield, Connecticut, you will take ownership of our ERP systems and serve as a key partner to business and corporate teams. This highly customer-facing role bridges business and IT, ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational needs while driving efficiency, standardization, and innovation. You will support ERP modernization, including the transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central, and contribute to future transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.

• Support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, and related applications, including troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, workflows, and data management.

• Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing priorities and communicating project status, risks, and outcomes.

• Support Zygo's migration from Dynamics NAV to Business Central and contribute to ERP consolidation and future transformation efforts.

• Improve efficiency, system performance, data integrity, and user adoption through process optimization, automation, analytics, AI, and sound system governance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting, implementing, administering, or enhancing ERP systems, including upgrades, integrations, or migration projects.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and/or Business Central is required.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operational business processes, with experience translating business requirements into practical system solutions.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.

• Experience with C/AL, AL, SQL, Power Platform, SAP, ERP transformation, or a manufacturing environment is a plus. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and cost efficiency.

We offer competitive compensation, benefits, retirement (401k), and paid time off programs. Compensation and position level will be set based on experience.
