Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining and improving the college''s Enterprise Application Platform (Workday) and other integrated applications. Exhibit proficiency and expertise in Workday or similar ERP platforms. Act as a technical lead for projects, overseeing them from inception to completion with a focus on efficient and timely implementation. Act as mentor for other departmental staff, providing technical guidance and application knowledge.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience developing, supporting, or integrating enterprise applications OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including application development, integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with enterprise integration technologies and concepts, including APIs, web services, XML/JSON, and relational databases.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide technical leadership on complex projects.
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field.
Significant hands-on experience with Workday, which may include Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, Extend, business process configuration, calculated fields, reporting, and security.
Experience supporting Workday Student, HCM, and/or Financials.
Experience integrating ERP platforms with third-party enterprise applications.
Experience working in a higher education environment and familiarity with higher education business processes.
Workday certifications or other relevant technical certifications.
Experience mentoring developers or serving as a technical lead.
