  • Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business process leaders
  • Provide functional guidance for system enhancements, upgrades, and strategic initiatives
  • Support project execution while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience supporting procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, and supply chain business processes
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders, process owners, and operational leaders
  • Ability to analyze business challenges and recommend process and system improvements
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment efforts
  • Deep experience within enterprise ERP environments supporting supply chain functions
  • Experience across procurement, materials management, inventory control, and warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of both legacy and modern ERP platforms in a large enterprise setting
  • Ability to evaluate functional requirements and work with technical resources to deliver solutions
  • Experience supporting enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Capable of working independently with minimal direction
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion
  • Consulting mindset with a focus on problem solving, process optimization, and business value
  • Proven track record partnering with business and technology teams in complex enterprise environments
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting large-scale operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain organizations
  • Functional lead or solution design experience on enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to process improvement, governance, and operational excellence programs
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational support
