Senior Escrow Operations Leader (Hybrid)

Our branch is one of a kind!! We are crazy, fun, smart, and dedicated. We are looking for a 4th person for our branch to help us all get to the next level. We believe Loans Can Be FUN. Our branch mission is to be operationally superior to EVERYONE so that Loans Can Be FUN. As the branch manager, I want to focus on marketing while the rest of the team helps make the loan process amazing for our clients. This is an amazing opportunity and if you are the right person, you could ultimately make over $100,000/year as you help the team succeed. You will need to prove yourself in order to make that kind of money, but I fully plan on paying someone that much money if they are the right fit for this job. You must be a self-starter and not someone who waits to be told to do things. I need a proactive person to complete our team. The harder you work, the more we all can make. This is a position for someone who has a solid work ethic and takes responsibility for their success. This will be a base plus bonus type position. Quality of life is really important as well. We will each take certain nights each week to be on call for phone calls from our clients so that we can all have specific nights that we are 100% free to spend with our families. Sometimes we get calls at night and sometimes we don't. We want to take care of those that have questions when they have them though.
