Senior EstimatorLead preconstruction and estimating for high profile commercial builds. Drive CMAR and negotiated wins across diverse project portfolios.A company based in the property industry located in Grapevine.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for CMAR and negotiated construction projects. Collaborate with project teams to develop pre-construction budgets and schedules. Analyze project documents to determine scope, specifications, and requirements. Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Provide recommendations on cost-saving opportunities and value engineering. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in the construction and property industry. Ensure estimates align with project goals and client expectations.
