Commercial Construction Senior Estimator

A well-established commercial General Contractor with a strong backlog of local projects is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator who enjoys the preconstruction and estimating process, has a diverse commercial background, and wants to play a key role in pursuing and pricing quality projects. Senior Estimator Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience

• Proven experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects

• Diverse commercial project experience across multiple sectors preferred

• Strong ability to develop accurate estimates, budgets, scopes, and bid proposals

• Thorough understanding of subcontractor scopes, material costs, labor, pricing, and project margins

• Experience soliciting, reviewing, leveling, and negotiating subcontractor and vendor bids

• Ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis

• Experience evaluating change orders, project costs, and potential cost impacts

• Strong understanding of project profitability and ability to contribute to accurate cost projections

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required
