Senior Estimator – Heavy Civil
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (relocation support available)

Job Summary
Develop cost estimates for large-scale civil infrastructure projects including bridges, structural concrete, and earthwork scopes.
Position Impact
This role supports project wins by producing accurate estimates, improving bid competitiveness, and aligning pricing with project execution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Prepare quantity takeoffs across civil scopes including concrete and earthwork
- Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Support bid preparation and proposal development
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams during preconstruction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
- Experience with infrastructure projects such as bridges or structural concrete
- Ability to interpret civil drawings and specifications
- Experience with estimating tools (e.g., HCSS, HeavyBid, Bluebeam or similar)
