We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating construction projects and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment required
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Review and evaluate cost estimates, negotiate contracts, and provide recommendations for cost savings
• Keep abreast of market trends, material costs, and labor rates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
