Senior Estimator

You'll collaborate closely with Estimators and Project Managers, gaining valuable experience and training that can propel you to the title of Estimator. Responsibilities

• Review and understand contract specifications, documents, and drawings to perform accurate takeoffs.
• Perform plan measurements to develop and verify quantity estimates.
• Stay current with industry-standard software and explore new technologies to expedite the takeoff process.
• Communicate with Engineering Consultants and Designers to coordinate information digitally for complete takeoffs.
• Attend occasional project site visits and pre-bid meetings.
• Engage in special projects as necessary.
• Assist with other estimating duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree desired (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field); High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in the construction industry preferred.
