  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues.
  • Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks.

  • Mentor junior estimators and project team members, fostering professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating and project management.
  • Proficient in estimating software and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCM, PMP) is a plus.
