What You’ll Do
- Lead conceptual, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates
- Review plans/specs and identify scope gaps or risks
- Manage subcontractor bids, leveling, and buyout recommendations
- Prepare budgets, GMPs, and value engineering options
- Partner with operations for successful project handoff

- Estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
- Ground-up and renovation project experience
- Strong pricing instincts, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple pursuits with accuracy
