Current Opportunity: Senior Estimator
Location: Sacramento, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities
Perform assigned construction, renovation, or administrative duties safely and professionally.
Follow project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality-control requirements.
Comply with company policies and all applicable jobsite safety requirements.
Maintain dependable attendance and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Protect government, customer, and company property.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Support the successful completion of federal construction and renovation projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in federal, JOC and IDIQ proposals.
Familiarity with commercial, government, or federal construction projects is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
Reliable transportation and ability to report to assigned project locations.
Ability to satisfy project-specific background screening, security, licensing, or badging requirements, when applicable.
OSHA training, trade certifications, or relevant licenses are a plus.
