Overview
This role supports a fast-moving construction team delivering large industrial concrete and steel structures. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in pricing work accurately and competitively while supporting rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead estimates for structural concrete, steel, and industrial projects
- Perform detailed takeoffs and cost analysis
- Work closely with operations and project management teams
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and vendor pricing
- Support preconstruction planning and budgeting
Requirements- 8+ years of estimating experience in structural concrete and/or steel
- Strong background in large industrial or heavy concrete projects
- Ability to price complex scopes under tight timelines
- Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheets
