Here's What Success Looks Like as a Senior Estimator

You'll lead the charge from concept to kickoff:

• Deliver competitive, accurate, and profitable bids that reflect real-world costs.
• Manage bid schedules and priorities with precision. Nothing slips through the cracks.
• Ensure continuity between estimating and execution, staying available post-award.
• Maintain and improve estimating processes, tools, and templates.
• Serve as a trusted expert for PMs, field teams, and leadership.

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical estimating
• Experience in the field or deep knowledge of real-world job site conditions
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple bids and shifting priorities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to visit job sites as needed
• Must pass a standard background check
• Enthusiasm to read Extreme Ownership during onboarding
