Job Description

Pay Range: $54.37hr - $59.37hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will provide analytics support for the organization's NPA and zonal electrification programs, an initiative focused on accelerating building electrification to avoid gas infrastructure investments and support long-term decarbonization goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an extract-transform-load data pipeline across multiple different core data environments to screen and prioritize electrification opportunities across the organization's system.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance data pipeline with new data sources and improved data processes.
  • Create automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery, ensuring accurate data manipulation and data cleansing.
  • Develop and communicate clear, concise, and actionable data analyses in the form of dashboards or ad hoc reports.

Education Minimum:

BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Experience:

4+ years of related work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Desired):

  • Advanced skill in Python (or similar programming languages) for data analysis and automation.
  • Advanced skill in SQL and database query languages for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from data environments.
  • Advanced skill in designing and maintaining ETL processes for large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
  • Experience in GIS preferred.
  • Familiarity with utility operations.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and effectively communicate findings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
