    Create Exceptional Experiences for a Global Law Firm


    We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and client-focused Senior Event Planner to lead the planning and execution of high-profile in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for a leading global law firm.


    This role is ideal for an experienced event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with senior leaders, and has a passion for delivering seamless, memorable experiences. From executive meetings and client-facing events to large-scale conferences and webinars, you will oversee every stage of the event lifecycle, transforming ideas into polished, impactful experiences.


    As a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the firm, you will combine strategic thinking, exceptional project management, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure every event reflects the firm's commitment to excellence.


    What You'll Do


    • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from concept through post-event review
    • Partner with attorneys, business leaders, clients, and vendors to define event objectives and develop impactful experiences
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for event stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and a white-glove service approach
    • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives
    • Source and negotiate with venues, vendors, caterers, transportation providers, and production partners
    • Conduct site visits and venue assessments, evaluating event logistics, accessibility, and attendee experience
    • Coordinate all event logistics, including room setup, audiovisual requirements, presentation materials, catering, entertainment, transportation, and décor
    • Oversee guest management, registration processes, communications, and day-of-event execution
    • Manage webinars and virtual events from intake through delivery, including platform setup, stakeholder preparation, rehearsals, and post-event reporting
    • Anticipate and proactively resolve issues to ensure flawless execution and an exceptional attendee experience
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with preferred vendors, venues, and industry partners
    • Mentor and support event coordinators, helping drive consistency and excellence across the event team
    • Evaluate event success through feedback, reporting, and lessons learned to continuously improve future programs

    What You'll Bring


    • 5+ years of event planning experience, preferably within a law firm, professional services firm, or other client-facing corporate environment
    • Proven success managing multiple complex events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong experience coordinating executive-level meetings, conferences, client events, and virtual programs
    • Outstanding project management, organizational, and time management skills
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and external clients
    • Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
    • Comfort working with event technology, webinar platforms, audiovisual solutions, and collaboration tools
    • Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
    • Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring or guiding junior team members

    Physical Requirements


    • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds
    • Ability to transport items using wheeled carts with loads up to 75 pounds
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods as required during event setup and execution

    The Compensation range for this role is up to 35.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
