Pay/ Hours:
$40.00-$50.00/hour (DOE)
Monday – Friday 40 – 50 hours per week
Year-Round
Overtime available during peak construction season

What You'll Do:
Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Perform foundation excavation for residential and commercial construction projects
Install and excavate for underground sewer systems, utilities, and related infrastructure
Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans
Excavate to precise grades while maintaining safety and quality standards
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Coordinate with field crews, foremen, and project managers to keep projects on schedule
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Maintain accurate equipment logs and report maintenance needs
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
Extensive experience with foundation excavation and sewer installation
Strong experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, and similar heavy equipment
Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and grading specifications
Excellent understanding of excavation safety and trenching regulations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership mentality
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working around underground utilities
GPS machine control experience
CDL is a plus
Snow removal or snowcat operating experience is a bonus
