Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive Administrator. We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative strategic partner to support the CEO and senior leadership team with administrative excellence, including scheduling prioritization, communication management, select bookkeeping/payroll and office management responsibilities, and execution of strategic initiatives, all of which are crucial to develop and launch our novel technologies in the commercial marketplace. The Senior Executive Administrator will report to the CEO, will support Jord’s leadership team, and will bring strong judgment, discretion, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced scale-up environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable helping a growing company operate with discipline and clarity. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
