Essential Responsibilities
Executive Support
· Manage the President & CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
· Screen and prioritize communications and requests.
· Coordinate executive meetings and maintain confidential records and files.
Leadership Team Coordination
· Coordinate Executive and Senior Leadership Team meetings.
· Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and meeting summaries.
· Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up commitments.
· Maintain executive priority and accountability tracking systems.
· Support annual planning and organizational goal-setting activities.
Board & Governance Support
· Serve as administrative liaison to the Board of Directors.
· Coordinate Board and Committee meetings.
· Prepare Board agendas, packets, minutes, and supporting materials.
· Maintain governance records and monitor follow-up actions.
Stakeholder & Organizational Support
· Serve as a primary point of contact for the Office of the President.
· Coordinate executive outreach, community engagement activities, and special events.
· Support organizational policy administration and documentation management.
· Provide administrative support to the Medical Director as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
· Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience supporting senior leaders.
· Exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business technologies.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Preferred
· Experience supporting a CEO, President, Executive Director, or C-suite executive.
· Experience working with Boards of Directors.
· Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.

A successful Senior Executive Assistant will:
· Effectively manage executive priorities and scheduling.
· Ensure productive Board and leadership meetings.
· Maintain accountability for executive and leadership action items.
· Reduce administrative burden on the President & CEO.
· Foster strong coordination among leadership, Board members, and stakeholders.
