**Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Administrator to provide top-level administrative and strategic support to a Vice President or higher within OCI. This is a rare opportunity to support senior leadership at Oracle. The role plays a central part in driving communication, organization, and operational excellence across a high-impact senior office. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** **Executive Support & Communications** + Manage multiple executive calendars, priorities, and communications with precision and confidentiality. + Prepare meeting materials and briefings for internal and external engagements. + Track key initiatives and organizational goals, ensuring follow-through and alignment. + Manage travel, expenses, and budget tracking efficiently. **Program & Event Management** + Help with planning and content coordination for employee-facing events, external sessions, and team off-sites. + Organize and execute team morale activities and leadership development events. **Stakeholder & Relationship Management** + Collaborate across functions and teams to gather and synthesize strategic insights. + Partner with fellow EA's to share best practices, collaborate to the benefit of executives, and be an in-office contact for our Nashville HQ. + Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth communication and initiative alignment. **Preferred Qualifications & Skills** + 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Previous experience managing multiple executives is a plus. + Proven project management skills with an ability to track complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned. + Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to work across organizational levels with tact and professionalism. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable messaging. + Deep discretion and judgment in handling confidential information. + Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs. May be eligible for equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1.
