About the Role
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple executive leaders. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership and requires independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex, confidential, and competing priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide proactive, strategic administrative support that enables executive leaders to effectively lead the organization
Support special projects and produce complex executive-leveldocuments, reports, presentations, and correspondence
Collect, analyze, and prepare information for meetings involving executive leadership, the Board of Directors, regulators, and external stakeholders
Provide sophisticated calendar and travel management, including coordination of offsite meetings and competing executive priorities
Prioritize inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and make recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations
Arrange and manage logistics for Board and divisional meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda development, material preparation, distribution, and meeting minutes
Serve as a primary liaison for meetings and events, handling all logistics with professionalism and discretion
Manage expense reporting and administrative workflows related to executive support
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information using sound judgment and initiative
Maintain corporate governance records, including Board minutes, bylaws, resolutions, policies, and organizational charts
Support audit, regulatory, and compliance-related requests as needed
Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
May mentor or guide administrative staff and serve as a subject matter expert for executive support operations
About You
You are an experienced executive assistant who brings professionalism, confidence, and discretion to every interaction. You are comfortable supporting multiple senior leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
5 plus years of experience supporting executive or C-suite leaders, including multi-executive support
Prior experience supporting Boards of Directors and senior leadership
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong spreadsheet capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and exercise sound judgment
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated industry preferred
Ability to travel as business needs require
The pay range for this role is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
