Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking an exceptional administrative professional to serve as the Senior Executive Assistant for the Project Delivery and Engineering Branch (PDEB). Reporting directly to the Chief Project Delivery Officer, you will provide high-level support across a broad range of sensitive and complex administrative, operational, human resources, and budget functions. In this role, you will identify inconsistencies, develop solutions, and offer recommendations to leadership while proactively anticipating Branch needs based on businessoperations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to operational planning and communication efforts. This highly visible role requires integrity, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

This position manages time-sensitive projects, enabling the Chief Engineering Officer to stay abreast of critical decisions and deadlines. You will prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other complex and sensitive documents, while regularly engaging with Branch leadership to ensure alignment of Branch priorities with SPU's Strategic Business Plan.

The salary range for this position is $58.51 - $68.03 Hourly
