Senior Executive Assistant to CEO [2918]
Corporation seeks a permanent Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively maintain and manage internal calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, developing agendas and action items, visiting venues, and contacting vendors.
- Screen incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, text messages, and mail, and respond on behalf of executive when necessary.
- Support financial management by preparing reports and budgets.
- Prepare and edit presentations and documents.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements.
- Liaise between executive office and internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, staff, and vendors.
- Perform research and compile data.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support executives.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience supporting the CEO of a mid-sized corporation.
- Exemplary verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong foresight and ability to anticipate needs of executives.
- Self-starter with proven record of meeting deadlines and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent follow-through and project management skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Handles confidential information with discretion.
- Positive, professional attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Strong computer and software skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be consistently available to work extended hours as needed to support executives.
- Ability to travel to onsite events and meetings.
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
