Senior Executive IT Support Specialist to provide dedicated, white-glove technology support to senior executive leadership. This is a highly visible position within a polished, fast-paced corporate environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $115k - $135k
Position Overview: The Senior Executive IT Support Specialist will provide dedicated, high-touch technical support to C-suite and senior executive users. This role requires someone with several years of direct executive support experience who can provide real-time troubleshooting while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness.
The ideal candidate has supported senior executives as a primary responsibility, rather than simply assisting executives as part of a broader IT support position.
Responsibilities of the Senior Executive IT Support Specialist:- Provide dedicated, white-glove IT support to C-suite and senior executive users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and application issues in real time.
- Support and maintain iPhones and iPads, including device configuration and synchronization.
- Support Windows 11, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, O365, Zoom, OneNote, and other enterprise applications.
- Partner closely with executive administrative teams to proactively identify and resolve technology issues.
- Configure devices, perform software updates, and provide proactive system maintenance.
- Provide technical support during meetings, business travel, and other high-priority situations.
- Escalate complex issues to internal IT teams while maintaining ownership of the executive experience.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive executive information.
- Provide occasional after-hours or remote support as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Executive IT Support Specialist:- 5+ years of professional IT support experience.
- 3+ years of dedicated executive or C-suite IT support experience.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting iPhones, iPads, and Apple iOS.
- Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 support experience.
- Experience supporting Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and related collaboration tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished, professional presentation and white-glove customer service approach.
- Ability to work effectively with high-demand senior executives.
- Demonstrated stability and consistent tenure throughout career history.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Executive IT Support Specialist:- 3-5+ years of dedicated executive support experience.
- Intune and/or Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience.
- Experience supporting executives within a large, global corporate environment.
- Experience with enterprise-grade mobile security configurations.
- Experience supporting hybrid/mobile executive work environments.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree required.
